Maritime Robotics secures USD 12 million in growth capital to accelerate international expansion

Maritime Robotics – the leading provider of Uncrewed Surface Vessels (USVs) and Autonomous Navigation Systems in the maritime industry has today announced a USD 12 million capital raise. The funding round was co-led by the Nordic cleantech fund EnvisionTech and the Norwegian state-owned fund Nysnø Climate Investment, with significant participation from Umoe AS and Holta Invest. The round also saw strong support from employees and existing shareholders.

EnvisionTech invests in disruptive motor manufacturer Alva Industries

Norwegian cleantech company Alva Industries AS (Alva) has raised USD 11 million (NOK 117 million) in a Series A funding round.


Investors are EnvisionTech, Statkraft Ventures, Drone Fund, Jakob Hatteland, and other existing investors and employees. The funds will be used to scale Alva’s production capacity and product portfolio to become a leading supplier of electric motors in the growing market for industrial drones.
